Live at Productronica 2021, we present the FINEPLACER® coreplus, a compact all-round professional rework system capable of performing the complete rework cycle, including desoldering and soldering the component, residual solder removal, and reballing.
The hot gas SMD rework station supports temperature- and time-controlled automatic processes to enable reproducible rework of virtually all SMD components on the market. In addition to standard components from extremely small to very large, the FINEPLACER® coreplus is suitable to rework coils, connectors, daughterboards, underfill assemblies or passive resistors.
